Office Manager (f/m/d)

These are your tasks:

  • You will provide customer support by telephone and be available to provide initial information
  • You will build long-term customer relationships with your personalised advice
  • You will arrange and prepare appointments for our Account Managers
  • You will create customised offers in coordination with Sales
  • You will book and manage customer orders from order to delivery, including invoicing, and work directly with Sales and Management
  • You will book goods movements in our merchandise management system (similar to SAP)
  • You will carry out general administrative tasks
  • Your work with us is varied! Through your work with us, you will achieve, for example, shorter waiting times at the checkout in the supermarket, less food waste, fewer transports to/from warehouses, the transfer of knowledge in real time across continents and you will make the daily work of our customers' employees easier every day

What you bring with you:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (HAS, HAK, HLW,...)
  • Professional experience in a similar field of work and ideally initial experience in the B2B sector are desirable
  • A high level of customer orientation and team spirit characterise you
  • Your fluency in German and English as well as MS Office know-how round off your profile

    from € 42,000 gross/year full-time (38.5 h/W: Mon-Thu 8 am-5 pm, Fri 8 am-12:30 pm). We will jointly determine an attractive actual salary based on your qualifications and experience.
