Order Manager (f/m/d)

These are your tasks:

  • You are responsible for order processing 
  • You book and manage customer orders from order to delivery, including invoicing, and work directly with the sales department
  • You carry out bookings of goods movements in our merchandise management system
  • You place orders with international manufacturers
  • You keep an eye on inbound and outbound deliveries and coordinate them 
  • You will receive organizational support from our colleagues in Salzburg
  • The work with us is varied! Through your work with us, you will achieve, for example, shorter waiting times at the checkout in the supermarket, less food waste, fewer transports to and from warehouses, the transfer of knowledge in real time across continents and you will make the daily work of our customers' employees easier every day

What you bring with you:

  • You have completed a commercial education (e.g. HAK, commercial school, HLW etc.)
  • Ideally you have 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar field
  • You can work professionally with MS Office (Word, Excel) and a merchandise management system (ERP system, similar to SAP)
  • Your German language skills are very good and you also enjoy communicating in English
  • You are a structured person with a high sense of responsibility
  • High customer orientation and interest in technical products and software

    From € 40,000 gross/year to € 56,000 gross/year Full-time (38.5 h/W: Mon-Thu 8 am-5 pm, Fri 8 am-12:30 pm)
