Order Processing & Team Lead (f/m/d)

These are your tasks:


  • You book and manage customer orders operationally from order to delivery and work directly with sales/management
  • You process customer inquiries based on existing product catalogs
  • Organizationally, you coordinate with our main warehouse in Salzburg
  • You carry out bookings of stock receipts and issues in our inventory management system
  • You take over the team lead for the Vienna admin team
  • You will be responsible for general administrative and organizational tasks (appointment management, hotel/train bookings, internal events, etc.)
  • You receive visitors, look after them and make all the necessary preparations for meetings
  • You will work directly with colleagues in Salzburg and Vienna
  • The work with us is varied! Through your work with us, you will, for example, reduce waiting times at the checkout in the supermarket, reduce food waste or make everyday work easier for our customers' employees

What you bring with you:

  • You have completed a commercial education (e.g. HAK, commercial school, HLW etc.)
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar field
  • You can handle MS Office (Word, Excel) and a merchandise management system professionally
  • You are a structured person with a high sense of responsibility
  • You enjoy dealing with people and providing them with advice and support - whether they are employees or guests
  • High customer orientation and interest in technical products and software
  • You are fluent in German and English

  • Salary: from € 49,000 gross/year full-time (38.5 h/W: Mon-Thu 8 am-5 pm, Fri 8 am-12:30 pm)
