  • Salary: € 35,000 - € 49,000 gross/year full-time (38.5 h/W). Together we will determine an attractive actual salary based on your qualifications and experience.

These are your tasks:

  • You are responsible for order processing and purchasing

  • You answer telephone calls and e-mails with your fresh manner and provide information on orders

  • You handle customer orders from the time the order is placed until the goods arrive

  • You place orders with international manufacturers

  • You keep an eye on incoming and outgoing deliveries and coordinate them

  • You are in direct cooperation with your colleagues in Salzburg and Vienna.

  • The work with us is versatile! Through your work with us, you will, for example, reduce waiting times at the checkout in the supermarket, reduce food waste or make the daily work routine easier for our customers' employees.

What you bring with you:

  • You have completed a commercial education (FH, Uni, HAK, Hasch, HBLA, apprenticeship etc.)

  • You have some professional experience in the field of purchasing, order processing and/or logistics

  • You are friendly and like to talk on the phone

  • You have already worked with an enterprise resource planning system (ERP system)

  • You can handle MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) professionally

  • Your conscientious style of work suits our way of working

  • High customer orientation and interest in technical products and software

  • You have a cheerful and balanced personality
