These are your tasks:
- Telephone support for existing and new customers as well as initial information as part of your work in the internal sales department
- You build up long-term customer relationships with your individual advice
- You arrange and prepare appointments for our account managers
- You create tailor-made offers in coordination with the sales department
- You keep an eye on the market and carry out market research as well as demand and potential assessments with possible customers.
- You independently handle the sale of accessories (for mobile devices, barcode scanners and label printers) and consumables.
- The work with us is versatile! Through your work with us, you will, for example, reduce waiting times at the checkout in the supermarket, reduce food waste or make the daily work routine easier for our customers' employees.
What you bring with you:
- You have completed a commercial or technical vocational training (apprenticeship, HAK, HTL, FH, university, ...)
- First professional experience in a similar field, ideally in telephone sales at B2B level is desirable, but not a prerequisite
- Enjoyment of a professional telesales outbound activity with development potential
- A talent for sales, strong communication skills and enthusiasm characterise you
- Your fluency in German and English as well as your very good MS Office know-how round off your profile.
