HR Generalist (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

  • You will be responsible for recruitment and recruiting, including designing job adverts, placing them in appropriate media, selecting suitable candidates and conducting interviews
  • You identify and proactively approach potential candidates via professional networks such as Xing and LinkedIn to attract the best talent for our company
  • You organise the onboarding/outboarding process to ensure the smooth integration of employees
  • You manage contract management, including the creation of service contracts, commission agreements and other relevant documents
  • You will work closely with management and act as a point of contact for labour law issues to ensure legal compliance and best practices within the company.
  • The work with us is varied! Through your work with us, you will achieve, for example, shorter waiting times at the checkout in the supermarket, less food waste, fewer transports to/from warehouses, real-time knowledge transfer across continents and you will make the daily work of our customers' employees easier every day

What you bring with you:

  • You have a sound business education with a degree (FH/Uni) specialising in human resources
  • You have several years of experience in a similar role
  • You have strong communication skills, a high degree of discretion and sensitivity
  • You have a good knowledge of human nature and enjoy dealing with people

  • Salary:
    From € 50,000 gross/year full-time (38.5 h/W), pro rata for part-time depending on the number of hours. We will jointly determine an attractive actual salary based on your qualifications and experience.
