When selecting the right manufacturer for your data collection solution, we follow similar criteria as you do when selecting your solution. Because only in this way can we fulfil our maxim, "No customer, employee or partner should ever regret working with Barcotec".

• On the one hand, the quality and reliability of the devices must be right. We also don't want any subsequent worries, so we only choose products that are produced by renowned international manufacturers and already meet the tough tests of our technical team BEFORE they are included in our product portfolio.
• Furthermore, we ONLY want direct partnerships with manufacturers in order to be able to speak directly with the developers of the products and the support team. This way, your wishes can be clarified better, the communication path is short and you receive quick answers.
• Last but not least, for many of our customers the performance of service work from the hand of the partner - i.e. not the hardware manufacturer - is a great desire. Many products offered can be serviced and maintained by Barcotec in Austria. Some manufacturers operate service centres outside of Austria.
