In the online service portal "ONTRAS" you can view the status of the repair of your unit at any time - from its arrival at one of our service centres to the expected arrival of the repaired unit at your premises. To speed up the repair process even further, you can use ONTRAS to inform us of any damage or problems before the unit is dispatched, and our technical team will then secure the necessary resources at an early stage.

In addition, you always have a direct contact person at Barcotec who will personally inform you about the repair process and answer any questions you may have in a comprehensible manner.
