Your responsibilities. Shared success:
- You will develop our marketing strategy further, derive specific measures and be responsible for their implementation, including the budget.
- You will plan, manage and optimise campaigns across all relevant channels.
- You will analyse markets and target groups, identify trends and use these insights to targetedly develop our marketing activities.
- You will be responsible for reporting, analyse performance and maintain constant communication with senior management.
- You will strengthen our brand communication, maintain our corporate identity and act as a brand ambassador both internally and externally.
- You will manage our digital channels (website and social media), develop content and formats (e.g. user stories, events, collaborations) and implement these together with partners.
What sets you apart:
- You have a degree in marketing or business administration.
- You have several years’ professional experience (at least 5 years) in the field of marketing.
- You think creatively and develop ideas that stand out and have a lasting impact.
- You communicate in a way that is tailored to the target audience and summarise complex content clearly and concisely.
- You have a strong analytical mindset and use data to identify specific actions.
- You are confident in using social media, various analytics tools and AI applications and utilise these strategically to optimise your activities.
- You are interested in technological developments and have a good understanding of digital trends.
- You recognise macroeconomic interrelationships and can assess their impact on marketing strategies.
