Office Manager (w/m/d)

Your responsibilities will help us achieve success together:

  • You will welcome our guests and answer the phone, acting as the heart and soul of the office to ensure a friendly and welcoming first impression.
  • You will organise day-to-day office operations and handle a wide range of administrative tasks – from dealing with post and filing to bookkeeping.
  • You will prepare delivery notes and invoices and process incoming repair requests using our inventory management system (similar to SAP).
  • You will coordinate communication between the Vienna and Salzburg sites as well as with the technical team – and work closely with colleagues from various departments.
  • You will ensure supplies are maintained: you will order and manage office supplies, including materials for the warehouse.
  • You’ll provide active support to the Barcotec team and ensure that day-to-day office operations run smoothly thanks to your structured approach to work.
  • You will be joining our team on a part-time basis, working 15–20 hours a week.

What sets you apart:

  • A completed commercial qualification (apprenticeship, HAK, HAS, HLW or equivalent).
  • Several years’ professional experience in a similar role.
  • Your fluency in German and English, as well as excellent MS Office skills, round off your profile.
  • You are characterised by a strong customer focus, a sense of responsibility and team spirit.
  • You are a natural organiser with a structured approach to work and enjoy routine tasks.
  • A cheerful, well-balanced person who can keep a cool head and set priorities even when the workload is heavy.

    From €42,000 gross per year (full-time), pro rata for part-time depending on the number of hours. We agree the final salary on an individual and transparent basis, depending on your qualifications and experience.
