The Datalogic PowerScan PD9531 Auto-Range barcode scanner offers maximum flexibility: combined in a single device, barcodes can be reliably captured both at close range and up to 20 metres away.

With the PowerScan PD9531 AR's fast auto-focus, switching between different reading distances is virtually seamless. For increased target reliability, the barcode scanner has an innovative LED target pattern for scans up to 5 metres and a powerful target cross laser for longer distances.

The optimised reading unit captures any 1D and 2D barcode even in low ambient light. Even multiple barcodes right next to each other are no problem, thanks to multi-code and pick mode options, the correct target can be easily selected.

Whether wired or wireless (with Bluetooth or Datalogic STAR 2.0), the PowerScan PD9531 Auto-Range is protected against multiple drops from up to 2 metres, dust and water, and wear and tear thanks to its extremely robust construction.

The accessories of the Datalogic PowerScan 9000 series barcode scanners can be freely combined, for example a PowerScan PD9531 AR and a PowerScan 9500 can be loaded with the same base station.
