RealWear Navigator 500

The RealWear Navigator 500 smart glasses are particularly robust and comfortable to wear. Information for various purposes can be safely navigated on the dynamic display via voice control, and the user's hands are always free for tools and a secure grip. With the flexibly adjustable display arm, all users can find an ideal positioning, and the display can also be simply rotated completely out of the field of vision.

Several features of the RealWear Navigator 500 ensure reliable communication: the automatic noise suppression allows understandable conversations even in the presence of 100 dB of loud ambient noise, and the 48-megapixel camera with 6x zoom allows the smallest details and fast movements to be transmitted live in razor-sharp detail. The data connection is made with current WLAN and Bluetooth standards or with an optional mobile modem.

The Android 11 operating system ensures quick integration and simple management of the smart glasses via EMM. Over 200 apps optimised for RealWear devices offer the right tool for every application. Several apps are already pre-installed on the device for easy access and basic functionalities.  Voice control in 16 languages (German, English, French, Italian, Russian, Polish, Czech, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin Simplified and Traditional), Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Thai) allows a quick start, with virtually no training required. The fingerprint sensor integrated into the power button offers additional security against unauthorised access.

For areas where helmets are not mandatory, the RealWear Navigator 500 can be worn with the included workband. Mounting on safety helmets is done in a few simple steps; matching helmet clips are available for a wide range of manufacturers and models. In both cases, the reduced weight of 272 grams and the durable padding ensure a comfortable wearing experience.

Neither drops of up to 2 metres nor liquids or dust can harm the RealWear Navigator 500. The robust smart glasses are also ready for use in temperatures ranging from -20 to +50 °C. The external battery can be replaced without switching off the device, ideal for quick shift changes and particularly long operations.
