The 4.3-inch colour touchscreen clearly displays the current printer status. Guided wizards assist with typical tasks such as media changes or settings, and integrated video tutorials are available if needed. Particularly practical in everyday work: the touchscreen can also be operated safely with gloves.

With the Zebra ZT231, you are investing in a solid foundation that can be flexibly adapted to growing requirements. Functions can be easily retrofitted later, such as a cutter for clean tear-offs, a label dispenser for convenient handling or additional network options. UHF RFID printing and encoding is also possible if you want to expand your labelling processes to include RFID applications in the future.

The ZT231 is robustly constructed for everyday use. The robust metal frame and sturdy housing, as well as the durable mechanics, ensure reliability in demanding environments. Integrated analysis functions and print head monitoring support predictive maintenance – before unexpected downtime occurs. And when service is required, everything is quick: media changes and maintenance work are particularly easy thanks to the compact design and double-hinged cover.

The ZT231 is also flexible when it comes to system integration. USB, RS-232, Ethernet and USB host are available as standard. Additional connections such as WLAN or an additional Ethernet port can be added as options. Print Touch (NFC) also allows the printer to be paired with compatible devices with a simple tap – ideal when connections need to be established quickly and easily during operation.
