Zebra ZT400 Series – industrial label printing that grows with your needs

The Zebra ZT400 series is designed for companies that print large numbers of labels every day in warehouses, production facilities or shipping departments and value speed, reliability and consistent quality.

Depending on the application, a 4-inch or 6-inch model is available; printing can be done using either direct thermal or thermal transfer technology. This makes the series suitable for a wide range of applications – from shipping labels and warehouse location labels to product and serial number labels, even with fine barcodes and small fonts thanks to a print resolution of up to 600 dpi.

In everyday use, the ZT400 series impresses with its simple, guided operation via the robust colour touch display: status, settings and maintenance functions are quickly accessible, minimising downtime. Handling consumables is just as straightforward: side opening, guided media path and easy accessibility make it easy to load labels and ribbons and reduce changeover times – especially when changing rolls frequently.

The robust metal frame, durable components and protective mechanisms such as a long-life coating for the print head ensure consistent print quality over a long period of time. Flexible connection options – from USB and industrial Ethernet to WLAN (WiFi 6) and Bluetooth – enable easy integration into existing IT and logistics processes.

Optionally, the ZT400 series also supports RFID labels, so labels can be not only printed but also directly encoded – including an RFID on-metal tagging option for printing and encoding thicker RFID labels for metal containers and metal inventory. Optionally, labels without backing material can also be processed to reduce waste.
