Datalogic 3138 – High-speed RFID reader for the Datalogic Memor series

The Datalogic 3138 enhances compatible mobile computers from the Datalogic Memor range with powerful UHF RFID capabilities. This enables more transparent inventory management, significantly reduces search times and allows both RFID and barcodes to be scanned in a single step. This opens up new possibilities for even more efficient workflows.

The Datalogic 3138 impresses with its high read speed and reliable capture, even in environments with high tag density. With up to 1,200 tags read per second, processes can be significantly shortened. Intelligent duplicate detection manages up to one million transponders without any loss of performance. In batch mode, the device also stores millions of RFID tags with date and time even without a host connection. Furthermore, the Datalogic 3138 supports multiple tag operations in a single scan.

Designed for daily use, the reader offers a reliable connection, flexible communication and high robustness. The mechanical ePop-Loq interface, along with compatible mounts for the Memor 11, Memor 12/17 and Memor 30/35, securely connects the reader to the host device and supports simultaneous charging of both devices. Bluetooth and NFC are available for wireless communication.

The removable battery enables long operating times, whilst the hot-swap function reduces downtime during shift work. With an IP54 rating and drop resistance up to 1.2 metres, the Datalogic 3138 is also designed for demanding working environments.
