RealWear Arc 3 - Smart glasses for maintenance and production

The RealWear Arc 3 is a smart data glasses for maintenance and production – developed to make work processes safer and more efficient. Employees can collaborate remotely with experts, follow digital work instructions or view IoT data in real time. This minimises downtime, ensures quality and significantly increases productivity.

The high-resolution micro-OLED display (1920 × 1080 pixels) delivers razor-sharp images and is also transparent, allowing important information to be displayed without restricting the view of the surroundings. The powerful triple camera with 48 MP main camera, wide-angle and down-facing camera enables high-quality photo and video recording – ideal for live broadcasts, documentation or visual inspections.

Fully voice-controlled operation allows for hands-free use, even in noisy environments: four integrated microphones and intelligent noise cancellation ensure accurate speech recognition in 15 supported languages. The operating system is Android 13 – a familiar interface for RealWear Navigator users and easily centrally manageable for IT departments via MDM solution. A modern Snapdragon processor, 64 GB of memory, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth ensure fast, stable performance for all applications.

Weighing only 175 grams, the Arc 3 is particularly light and comfortable to wear even during longer periods of use. The battery is conveniently charged via an optional charging station or USB-C.
