Smart Glasses

The Vuzix LX1 Smart Glasses were developed for teams who need to work quickly, safely and with as few errors as possible in warehouses, workshops or in the field – without constantly having to hold a handheld device, tablet or paper lists in their hands. Information such as pick lists, work steps or status messages appear directly as a heads-up display in the field of vision. This allows the user to keep their eyes on the process while keeping both hands free.

The high-resolution OLED display with a brightness of over 2,000 nits ensures that all information remains clearly legible even in bright warehouse areas, on ramps or in changing light conditions. HD camera for remote support, documentation and quick clarification during the process: employees share their view live (‘see-what-I-see’), document work steps via photo/video or call in experts from headquarters. This shortens training time, clarifies questions more quickly and standardises processes.

Voice control enables fast hands-free operation, while integrated head tracking supports navigation via head movements – handy for selecting, scrolling or confirming without interrupting work. Feedback and instructions are clearly and distinctly output via integrated loudspeakers with up to 100 dB. Multiple microphones with active noise cancellation ensure reliable speech recognition – even in noisy working environments.

Operational at temperatures as low as -20 °C, the smart glasses are ideal for cold storage areas or outdoor use. The durable housing and robust construction are designed for daily use in demanding environments. A powerful, replaceable clip-in battery with 7,000 mAh ensures long runtimes.

The Vuzix LX1 is designed to be future-proof:  With Android 15 as its operating system and the latest wireless standards such as Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth, it meets the requirements of modern, networked working environments. NFC Tap-to-Pair facilitates quick pairing and sharing of devices in changing teams.
