Flexible industrial tablet for retail, warehousing and manufacturing
The Advantech AIM-77S is a versatile 10.1-inch industrial tablet designed for applications in retail, manufacturing and warehousing. With state-of-the-art hardware, a robust design and a wide range of accessories, it is a durable platform for mobile applications.
The 10.1-inch IPS display, with a resolution of 1,280 x 800 pixels, is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The 10-point touchscreen enables efficient and reliable operation, from simple zooming to fast multi-finger typing. For fast wireless communication, the AIM-77S offers Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3. The docking station also provides Gigabit Ethernet.
A 5-megapixel front camera and an 8-megapixel rear camera with autofocus are fitted as standard, for tasks such as documenting the condition of goods or for video calls during service calls. Optionally, the tablet can also be fitted with NFC, an integrated 1D/2D barcode scanner or a magnetic stripe reader (MSR) – allowing it to be tailored specifically for stock-taking, goods identification, mobile point-of-sale applications or service processes.
The integrated 34 Wh battery offers an operating time of up to eight hours. USB-C Power Delivery 3.0 charges it to 50 per cent in around 30 minutes and fully in 2.5 hours, whilst the intelligent power management system is designed to extend battery life during stationary use.
A particular advantage is the flexible docking concept. Via the magnetic 16-pin Pogo connector, the tablet can be connected to various docking stations and expanded to include USB, Ethernet or serial ports. This allows the AIM-77S to be used both on the move and as a fixed workstation.
