Rugged Tablet

The Zebra ET401 is a rugged industrial tablet for companies that want to digitise their processes without compromising on durability and ease of use. With an 8- or 10-inch display, it offers enough space for WMS, ERP or retail apps, but is lightweight and easy to handle.

The housing is fully protected against dust and water in accordance with IP68 and can reliably withstand drops onto concrete as well as extreme temperature changes. The Gorilla Glass 5 display is scratch and break resistant, and the 600 nits brightness ensures good readability both indoors and outdoors.

Operation has been further optimised: AI-supported touch technology ensures particularly precise and fast input, even when wearing gloves and in the rain. In addition, AI-based audio processing ensures significantly more reliable recognition of voice commands – a major advantage in noisy warehouses or sales areas.

Inside, a modern Qualcomm Dragonwing Q-6690 processor with up to 8 GB RAM and 128 GB flash memory ensures that the latest Android apps run smoothly, even when multiple applications are used simultaneously. Wi-Fi 7, optional 5G and Bluetooth 6 ensure fast and stable connections between the device, peripherals and backend systems – important for scan-intensive processes, live inventories and time-critical transport orders. The ET401 supports battery-free operation – ideal for vehicles, kiosks or stationary workstations.

Several options are available for data capture: an optional integrated barcode scanner, an optional UHF RFID function and high-resolution cameras. In addition to the 16 MP main camera, a new 13 MP ultra-wide-angle camera is available, ideal for vision applications with a large field of view – such as documenting entire vehicles or shelf sections. NFC is also integrated, facilitating functions such as badge registration and payment solutions.

Wide selection: from docking stations as PC replacements to vehicle mounts, protective cases and headsets – the accessories are also largely backward compatible with the Zebra ET40/ET45 series, so you can switch to the new generation of devices without additional investment.
